I recently attended the Texas Film Commission’s Production Assistant workshop. It was great to hang out with like-minded people for a couple of days and make some contacts, and as a plus the TFC has rubber-stamped my qualifications (forged over the past 10 years and literally dozens of short films, industrial videos and commercials) as a Production Assistant. Now I’m listed in the Production Directory, which will hopefully increase my profile.
