Back at the end of March I made the trek down to Goliad along with T&L Media to cover the Texas Mile and Boost Logic‘s attempt to go over 200 mph in their only slightly modified Nissan GTR. Though reigning champion SW was unable to run his Supra this time due to some unfortunate circumstances surrounding his engine, Justin of Tuning Concepts was able to achieve a world record 203.6 mph. Key to the victory was the fact that I had my trusty Swiss Army knife (the nearest Walmart was over 30 miles away) which allowed the Boost Logic team to remove the car’s rear spoiler – changing the aerodynamics just enough…
