I am a filmmaker, musician, and multimedia creator currently pursuing an MFA in Film Production with emphasis in Directing at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in Orange, CA.

I also hold a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Certificate in Directing from the Los Angeles Film School. I began my journey in film in the early 1990’s, when cable shows such as Movie Magic gave me a look behind the scenes at the biggest films of the day. I realized that filmmaking was a discipline which brought together many of my otherwise disparate creative interests. It also provides an opportunity for me to immerse myself in a wide range of subjects, which scratches my itch for knowledge and satisfies my compulsion to take what I learn and create with it.

Prior to returning to film school, I spent nearly 10 years working a day job in corporate quality and quality management while continuing to create on the side. In addition to film, I’ve been writing and recording music since the early 2000’s, and have released 2 commercial albums.
